APGO MY Automation Terms of Use

Effective: 29 September 2026

These terms govern use of APGO MY Automation, an internal publishing tool operated by APGO SDN. BHD. The tool is available only to authorised APGO personnel and is not offered to consumers or external creators.

YouTube terms

APGO MY Automation uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, authorised users also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Permitted use

Users may use the tool only for APGO-owned or properly authorised content and only for legitimate APGO business purposes. Users must follow applicable law, YouTube policies and APGO's internal publishing procedures.

Content and account responsibility

Authorised users are responsible for confirming that titles, descriptions, source media, publishing times and content rights are correct before a video enters the workflow. Google and YouTube account credentials must not be shared through the tool.

Access, suspension and changes

APGO may suspend access, disable publishing controls or change the workflow when needed for security, compliance, reliability or operational reasons. The tool does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful publication by a third-party platform.

Privacy and deletion

Information is handled according to the APGO MY Automation Privacy Policy. Authorised users can revoke Google access or request deletion by following the data deletion instructions.

Facebook and Instagram use

APGO MY Automation also supports APGO's authorised Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through Meta APIs. Authorised staff must follow applicable Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms, as well as APGO's internal publishing procedures. Only APGO-owned or properly licensed content may be submitted.

Meta access credentials must be kept confidential and used only for the approved APGO assets. Staff must verify publication details and audience accessibility. APGO may pause an integration or request manual review when platform status and viewer access disagree. Removing this tool's stored data does not automatically remove content hosted by Facebook or Instagram.
