About · Privacy · Terms · Data deletion
APGO MY Automation is an internal tool for authorised APGO personnel. An authorised user can stop access and request deletion using either method below.
1. Revoke Google access
Open Google Security — Third-party access, select the APGO MY Automation OAuth client and revoke access.
2. Request deletion
Email marketing@apgo.com.my from the authorised company account. Use the subject APGO MY Automation data deletion and identify the Google account or channel whose stored API data should be removed.
After verifying the request, APGO SDN. BHD. will delete the related stored authorised API data and revoke or remove the associated credentials as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days.
Important: This request removes data held by APGO MY Automation. It does not delete videos or other data held by YouTube. Use YouTube Studio if YouTube-hosted content must also be deleted.
3. Revoke Facebook or Instagram access
Remove APGO MY Automation from Facebook's Business Integrations settings, or ask APGO's business administrator to remove its assigned Page and Instagram asset access. An authorised operator can also contact marketing@apgo.com.my to revoke the credentials stored by this tool.
4. Request deletion of Meta API data
Email marketing@apgo.com.my with the subject APGO MY Automation data deletion. Identify the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account and the related data you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We verify the requester's authority through the responsible APGO account or business administrator and acknowledge the request with a reference.
After verification, we revoke or remove related stored credentials and delete the associated Meta API data held by APGO MY Automation as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days, except information we must retain by law. We confirm completion or explain any lawful retention exception by email. This process removes data held by the internal tool; it does not automatically delete published Facebook or Instagram posts. Those posts must be managed separately through Meta Business Suite, Facebook or Instagram.
